Service takes a real toll on the body. Keel was founded by a Coast Guard veteran to serve those who served, and the families who stood with them.
15% off for active duty, reserve, National Guard, veterans, first responders and immediate families.
If you served, you know the load: the gear, the ladders, the watches, the long shifts and the calls. Many of us came out still carrying some of it and got used to working around it. Here, we look at what that load left in your joints and how you move, treat it, and coach you through rebuilding it.

I know what heavy seas, steel ladders, loaded gear, and long watches do to a body, because mine carried them too. I also know how many people leave service told that the pain is just part of the deal. It isn’t. Much of what you carry out of service is how your body learned to move under load. We assess it, treat it, and coach you through the work of rebuilding how you move, so you can stop managing pain and get back to living fully.

Body armor and loaded gear put heavy, repeated load through the lower back. Duty belts load the hips and low back unevenly. Deployments stack that load for months with little time to recover. First responders carry their own version: turnout gear, patient lifts and shifts that never let the body reset. Over years it shows up as stiff joints, compensations and pain that flares when you push, and some of it never settled after getting out. Most of us were taught to push through it. We treat the musculoskeletal side, and when something is outside our scope, we tell you and point you to the right people.

We look at the spine, the extremities and how they work together, because where it hurts isn’t always where it started.
A precise adjustment restores motion. When you need more, booked rehab in the Performance Lab builds the strength to support it. A chiropractor, a doctor of physical therapy and a certified athletic trainer work in one suite from one evaluation and one plan.
SoftWave® therapy is also available at Keel.
Your plan comes from your evaluation: hands-on care first, and a visit schedule set by what we find.
We don’t bill VA Community Care or TRICARE. Both work like insurance and put your care decisions in someone else’s hands, and Keel was built to keep those decisions between you and your clinician. The 15% discount is how we keep direct care affordable. Visits are HSA and FSA eligible, with a superbill on request.

No. It works like insurance, with someone else setting the rate and the plan, and Keel is built to keep those decisions between you and your clinician. The discount, HSA and FSA eligibility, and a superbill on request are how we make that workable.
We treat the musculoskeletal side: joint, spine, soft tissue and movement problems, wherever they came from. We don’t handle disability claims or ratings paperwork.
Yes. Old injuries that were never fully rehabbed, and the patterns built around them, are what our evaluation looks at first. If part of it is outside our scope, we’ll tell you.
Yes. Active duty, reserve and National Guard are welcome, and the 15% applies.
No. We don’t bill TRICARE or any other insurance. We’re direct-care: you pay the clinic directly, with 15% off for service members, veterans and families. Visits are HSA and FSA eligible.
Book an evaluation and bring your military, department or dependent ID. We’ll walk you through what we find, the plan and the cost before anything starts.
