Stop managing symptoms. Start mastering movement.
Precise adjustment, hands-on rehab and a certified athletic trainer under one roof, for athletes and active adults.
Many sports injuries build over time: a joint stops moving well, the body works around it, and the extra load eventually shows up as pain. We find the restriction, adjust it by hand, and coach you through rebuilding the movement under load.
Runners whose knee flares past a certain mileage. Golfers whose back tightens by the back nine. Lifters with a shoulder that won’t press clean. Youth pitchers and teen athletes. Weekend competitors. Active adults who plan to keep training.
You don’t need to compete. If you train, we evaluate and treat you the same way we would any athlete.
Every plan starts with an evaluation, not a routine. We look at the spine, the extremities, and how they work together as a kinetic chain, because a restricted ankle changes how a knee loads, and a stiff hip changes what the lower back has to absorb.
01 – The Reset
A precise, hands-on adjustment to clear the restrictions limiting your motion, chosen from your evaluation: what to move, and what to leave alone.
02 – The Lock
The correction gets reinforced under load so it holds when you’re actually moving. What that looks like depends on the case. Sometimes it’s a few minutes of mobility work with Dr. Gallagher straight after the adjustment. When you need dedicated rehab, that’s a booked session with our athletic trainer in the Performance Lab, 30 or 60 minutes. Dry needling and soft-tissue work are booked separately with our physical therapist.
Table-to-Turf is the model. It isn’t a promise that every adjustment turns into a full rehab visit. An adjustment on its own restores motion. The rehab, when you need it, is what teaches your body to keep it.
SoftWave® therapy is also available at Keel.

Dr. Nolan Gallagher, DC, is the clinical lead. He evaluates athletes and does the adjusting, and playing collegiate baseball shaped how Keel works with athletes. Dr. Scott Dixon, PT, DPT, CSCS, provides dry needling, and Josy Gonzalez, MS, LAT, ATC, NASM-CPT, runs rehab and return-to-sport training in the Performance Lab in booked 30- or 60-minute sessions. All three work in the same suite from one evaluation and one plan.
Book an evaluation. We’ll tell you what’s actually restricted, what’s compensating, and what it will take to get you back to the thing you want to do. If the answer is simple, we’ll say so.
We’re direct-care: your plan is set by you and your clinician, not a claims department. HSA and FSA eligible, with an itemized superbill on request. You’ll know the plan and the cost before anything starts.
No. Runners, golfers, lifters, weekend players, active adults and teen athletes all train with us. If movement matters to you, that’s enough.
We look at how you perform, not only where it hurts. We assess how you move under your sport’s demands, adjust what’s restricted, and, when needed, rebuild strength and control in the Performance Lab with our athletic trainer.
Yes. Shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles are assessed and treated when they’re part of the problem. They often are.
That’s the goal. When you need rehab, it’s booked with our athletic trainer and built around your sport’s demands, not a generic exercise sheet.
Yes. We treat growth-related knee pain, throwing-arm and elbow problems, and overuse injuries in young athletes. A parent or guardian is present for evaluation and treatment.
It depends on what’s restricted and how long it’s been that way. A short-term flare might resolve in a few visits. A long-standing pattern takes longer. You’ll get a realistic plan at your evaluation, not a fixed schedule.
No, and anyone who says they can is selling something. We clear restrictions, coach you through rebuilding how you move, and build your capacity for load. That’s the honest answer.
No. You can book directly.
Something you can move in. You’ll be asked to bend, squat and possibly load a movement during the evaluation.
