Behind the Practice
Integrity. Excellence. Empowerment.
Located in Sterling Plaza, Keel Spine & Performance is a 2,400 sq. ft. facility designed to redefine musculoskeletal care in St. Johns County. We operate on three uncompromising principles:
- Integrity: Absolute clinical transparency. Our role is to provide exactly the care required to optimize your physical output—no more, no less.
- Excellence: A commitment to constant refinement. From our clinical protocols to the maintenance of our facility, we believe that “good enough” is a disservice. “The standard you pass by, is the standard you accept.”
- Empowerment: Moving you from clinical dependence to physical self-sufficiency. We provide the mechanical understanding and resilience you need to take ownership of your own health.
Our open-floor Functional Cell is where these principles meet. It is a dedicated training environment equipped to load, stabilize, and test your movement before you walk out the door.
The Founder
Rooted in Service
Meet Dr. Nolan Gallagher, DC.
Known to his patients throughout St. Johns County as “Dr. G,” Dr. Nolan Gallagher approaches healthcare with a mission-first mindset.
Dr. G earned his degree in Business Management from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, where he was a collegiate baseball player. His 12 years of military service included over five years serving as a Cutterman, followed by a tour at Officer Candidate School (OCS). That background ingrained a deep sense of fulfillment through service—a value he carries into every patient interaction today.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, his clinical focus is on restoring proper joint mechanics and building structural resilience. Drawing on his former background as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Nutrition Coach, Dr. G inherently understands the demands placed on the active human body and bridges the gap between rehab and athletic performance.
When he isn’t in the clinic, Dr. G is deeply invested in the local community alongside his wife, Justine (a talented local wedding florist), their Doberman, Jetty, and their two cats. You can typically find him strength training, golfing, or grilling out on the weekends.
